How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We roast our beans in small batches to order, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom and to select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

What is your return policy on coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We partner exclusively with Fair Trade certified farms and cooperatives that prioritize environmental sustainability and fair wages for farmers.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel your coffee subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.
