At Green Coffee Collective, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your brew. If our beans or equipment don't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain sealed to maintain freshness and safety standards.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
