The main objective of the different blends produced at Cata Export is to publicise the coffee of small producers who, for different reasons, have not yet received support to market their coffee. This natural Caturra from Huila, Colombia, is a result of that mission, bringing together producers from Tolima to create a clean, expressive lot.

The coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation in plastic tanks for 70–80 hours before being washed and sun-dried for up to 10 days. The result is a bright, balanced cup with a score of 86.25, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
